The 2008 fall season continues to offer getaways for couples, golf enthusiasts or girls spa weekends. Visitors are encouraged to explore the back roads, leading to Midland and the Big Chute Marine Railroad, or explore the Tay Shoreline Trail for cycling and hiking to see the fall colours. Couples can enjoy a one night bed and breakfast package from $160. per couple per night and families can take advantage of the Thanksgiving long weekend package starting at $390 per adult based on double occupancy.
Thanksgiving Long Weekend
Thanksgiving weekend is a family tradition at the Delawana Inn Spa & Conference Resort complete with fun fall activities for the family including pumpkin carving, candy apple making, a Halloween costume party, family fall colour pontoon cruises, hearty fall harvest dining, plus a variety of activities including campfires at west beach, guided fall hikes on Beausoleil Island (part of Georgian Bay Islands National Park) and complete supervised children’s programs & social itinerary.
