We have a selection of house rentals with lakeside access and private beaches.  All are complete with  appliances and utensils for a self catering vacation on beautiful Georgian Bay.

The Grise House Cottage

This breathtaking five bedroom 2 storey house is facing the water with a beautiful view of Georgian Bay. The house is furnished with 6 appliances, air conditioning and has 3 bathrooms. The first bathroom is a four piece, the second is off the master bedroom with a large Jacuzzi tub. The last bathroom is downstairs and is a 3 piece with an adjoining Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms have 2 double beds and the fourth and fifth have queens.

Maximum 10 guests, up to 4 adults, the remaining children

The Cape House Cottage

This is a beautiful lakeside three bedroom, two and a half storey house. This house is furnished with six appliances, air conditioning, a fireplace, two
bathrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a large deck with a spectacular view of Georgian Bay.

Maximum 6 guests (up to 4 adults, the remaining in children).

The Victoria House Cottage

This is a lakeside open concept house with four bedrooms. It is furnished with four appliances, air conditioning and has two and a half bathrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with king beds, the third bedroom has a queen and the fourth bedroom has two twins.

Maximum 7 guests (up to 4 adults, the remaining in children).

The Georgian House Cottage

A private lakefront one and a half storey house with three bedrooms overlooking Georgian Bay. This house is furnished with six appliances, air conditioning and has two bathrooms. The first with a large Jacuzzi tub and the second is a four piece bathroom. The livingroom offers a wood burning fireplace and a pull out sofa. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds. Also included is your own private beach and dock.

The Oakview House Cottage

This is a beautiful three bedroom bungalow with a full kitchen. This house is furnished with six appliances, air conditioning, a stone fireplace and two bathrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of bunk beds.

The Nickerson Cottage

The Delawana Inn Spa & Conference Resort is proud to introduce The Nickerson Cottage on Royal Island.  This private and quaint single family A-Frame cottage sits among the rocky grandeur and wind swept pines of our own private island but still provides you with all the wonderful benefits of an award winning resort.   The cottage is fully equipped with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room with woodstove, full washroom, sliding glass doors to private deck, outdoor fire pit, good swimming and a protected dock with boat supplied.  In addition, enjoy all the programs and daily activities of the Delawana Inn.  Children can participate in daily Kids Camp, Mom can enjoy the Wanakita Wellness Spa and Dad can boat and fish till his heart is content.  Nightly entertainment is also included.

The Royal View House Cottage

The Royal View is a lakeside three bedroom, fully furnished house with the convenience of three appliances in the kitchen. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, the second with a double and the third having two twins. The living room offers a wood burning fireplace and a sofa. This house comes complete with an expansive deck, and steps
down to your own small private beach area.

Maximum 6 guests (up to 3 adults, the remaining in children).

Please note: All accommodations are equipped with air conditioning, mini refrigerators, alarm clocks, satellite television and telephone with dial-up capability. Additionally, units offer either an open air deck or a screened in porch. Parking is located at units.
