Front Desk Agents
Duties include greeting guests with a smile, providing information about the resort, check in and check out, guest billing and handling queries. Must be friendly and outgoing. Training provided. Full time, Up to 6 days per week. Positions available from early May to Labour Day or Thanksgiving.
Reservations Agents
Duties include booking reservations, promoting the resort to guests, answering questions about the resort. Excellent communication and sales skills are an asset. Must be friendly and outgoing. Full time. Up to 6 days per week. Positions available from early May to Labour Day or Thanksgiving.
Night Audit/Reservations
Duties include general accounting, balancing guest and department folios checking in and checking out of guests and booking reservations. Some accounting experience required. Audit shifts 11:00pm-7:00am, Reservations shifts are afternoons. Up to 6 days per week, Full time. Position available from early May to Thanksgiving. Wage based on experience.
Chambermaids
Duties include cleaning guestrooms, washrooms and other areas around the resort. Polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, making beds, and taking out garbage. Full time, Up to 6 days per week. Position available from early May to Thanksgiving and Mid June to Labour Day. Wage based on experience.
Hotel Cleaners
Duties include cleaning meeting rooms, washrooms, bars, floors, walls, ceilings, windows and everything in between. Full time, Up to 6 days per week. Day shifts and night shifts available from mid May to Thanksgiving.
Hotel Porters
Duties include assisting guests, delivering things to rooms such as an iron a cot, firewood, linens, towels etc. Minor maintenance and repair jobs, and some cleaning. No experience needed. Must be friendly and out going with a positive attitude at all times. Training provided. Up to 6 days per week, full time, Positions available from mid May to Thanksgiving and mid June to Labour Day.
Maintenance Staff
Duties include doing odd jobs around the resort like raking leaves, dry wall repairs, digging, laying stone for a pathway, unblocking a toilet, painting, installing new taps cutting grass, building a shelf or anything else. Knowledge of all tools required. Must be clean, presentable and able to communicate professionally with hotel guests. Position available from early May to Thanksgiving, Up to 6 days per week, full time.
Golf Course Grounds Staff
Duties include overall upkeep of the greens, fairways, bunkers etc., maintenance and operation of all equipment including greens mowers, push mowers, riding mowers, whippers, carts, etc., helping in the pro shop and driving range, picking up golf balls and assisting guests. 6 days per week, full time. Position available starting in April and ending in October.
Groundskeeper/Gardener
Gardening duties include; design, planting, watering, pruning, weeding and up-keep of all gardens, flower pots, boxes and hanging baskets. Must have knowledge of plants and flowers including how much and how often to water, sun/shade preference, fertilizing, spacing, etc. This is a one person department. Training provided. 5-6 days per week, full time. Applicant must be flexible with day(s) off. Position available from April to October, wage based on experience.
