FOOD & BEVERAGE AT THE DELAWANA
Royal Dining Room
The Royal Dining Room is where our guests eat their meals that
are included with their packages. Open for
breakfast, lunch and dinner this fully
licensed dining room is located upstairs in
the main lodge.
Breakfast includes different styles of eggs,
pancakes, French toast, waffles, bacon, ham,
sausage, pastries, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee,
juice and more. In the summer, breakfast is
always buffet style.
Lunch is served in the Royal Dining Room
during the spring and fall only. The menu
changes daily and will always include a
selection of hot and cold items with soup, salad
and dessert.
Dinner will never leave you hungry with a menu
that changes daily. There are BBQ and carved prime rib buffets plus a la carte nights. During the summer, every
night offers a soup and salad bar, at least four
choices of entrée, a dessert buffet and non alcoholic
beverages.
Mackinaw Restaurant
Open during the summer from 12:00pm - 9:00pm, the licensed
Mackinaw patio is open for lunch and
dinner providing a selection of grilled
items, salads, pizzas, wraps and beverages.
Please note that the Mackinaw Restaurant
is not part of the meal package.
Boathouse Lounge
The Boathouse Lounge opens at
9:00pm nightly with a full bar, light
menu, dance floor, pool tables, ping pong,
darts and lots more. Before 9:00pm the room is
open as a games room to all ages. After 9:00pm
anyone under nineteen years of age must be
accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Marine Deck and Lounge
The Marine Deck is open from 12:00pm to 9:00pm in the spring and fall with a
full bar and menu offering grilled items, pizzas, salads, wraps, fish and chips,
wings and lots more. In the summer the Marine Deck is open from 5:00pm to
9:00pm for drinks and snacks. Whether it’s spring, summer or fall you will agree
that the Marine Deck has the best view in Honey Harbour.
Other Food & Beverage Info
Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24 hours a day.
Boxed lunches can be arranged in advance through the front desk (extra charge
applies during the summer). In the summer there are picnic days on Beausoleil
Island (sign up required, extra charge applies for teens and adults). For parents
who would like to have a more intimate dinner, we have supervised hotdog and
pizza dinners for the kids (sign up required, summer only).

After graduating from the George Brown Culinary program, I was fortunate enough to be offered an apprenticeship at the world-renowned King Edward Hotel. After 5 years of international training through the King Edward, I was awarded my Red Seal. From there I moved on to the famous Beacon Hall Golf Club while between seasons I enjoyed two years at the Valhalla Inn as the Sous-chef. In 2005 I began at the Delawana as the Sous-Chef under Executive Chef Kirk Weiss. I have enjoyed 'The Del's' comforts ever since. I am excited to be in my fifth season here at the Delawana. |
